ICGA - International Chewing Gum    Association

In order to contribute to the harmonization of the various national chewing gum legislation world-wide, leading manufactures had founded a European and American Association in the past.

Both associations were recently merged into “ICGA” - International Chewing Gum Association, headquartered in Brussels and offices in Washington and Shanghai.
The objective is to speak with one global voice and to seek harmonization of regulations between countries and continents.

GBC is a founding member of the ICGA, actively contributing to its constitution, managers hold positions in the board and chair the gum base committee.
