The Board of Directors of Gum Base Co. S.p.A., in its meeting dated April 29th, 2009, approved the Organizational, Managerial and Control Model pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 which all employees and third parties dealing with the company (suppliers, customers, consultants and any kind of collaborators) must be compliant to, in order to prevent and reasonably limit, illicit behaviours linked to the company activity.

The Code of Conduct is an integral part of the mentioned Model.
